This drink is a take on a French well-known classic: Kir Royal. The Kir Royal is made of Creme de Cassis & Champagne. However this Dutch version is made with Dutch Berry Jenever. Dutch Jenever is a liquor, which is infused with juniper berries. It’s also called Holland Gin or Dutch Gin. Great combination with a high quality sparkling wine!

Ingredients
- 15 ml Dutch Berry Jenever or 1/2 ounce
- Champagne
- Berries
Instructions
- Pour the Dutch Berry Jenever, or another type of Dutch Jenever, into a champagne flute.
- Top off with the champagne & serve with fresh berries.
