Instructions
Cut the onion in rings and caramelize half a onion in a baking pan. The other half you can serve raw (if you like).
Cook the fresh marrowfat peas in water for about 10 minutes. Don't use any salted water, since this will affect the texture of the beans.
Bake the bacon till crispy.
Serve the peas with the different toppings, syrup, piccalilly sauce and sweet & sour vegetables.
