Preparations
Peel the outer skin of the onions, chop them in half and then in half rings. Peel the carrots and potatoes and chop in 3cm (1,2 inch) pieces.
Add onions, carrots, the stock cube, bay leaves and floury potatoes to a cooking pot.
Cooking
Cover with water and bring to a boil. Let it cook for about 20-30 minutes.
When the vegetables are cooked, you can drain them. Add them back into the cooking pot.
Pour-in 150ml milk and add 50 gram of butter. Mash everything and season with spicy mustard, chopped celery leaves, salt & pepper.
