Instructions
Pour the balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a deep plate. Use to fork to slightly mix the two together.
Chop the melon in cubes and the cherry tomatoes in half.
Add the melon & tomatoes to the dressing, add some freshly crushed black pepper and mix quickly.
Crumble the feta cheese on top, and add the basil leaves.
