For the coleslaw, cut the red cabbage in thin slices. Then slice or grate the apple also in small slices.
Add the cabbage, apple, vinegar, cloves and mayonaise to a bowl and mix through. Season with salt, pepper and (optional) a pinch of powdered sugar.
Carrot Slaw
Grate the carrots and mix with honey, vinegar, salt and pepper.
The Bun
Pour some olive oil in the frying pan and add the grasshopper meatballs. Bake these until hot and crispy. Then add the BBQ sauce and make sure all meatballs are coated with a layer of sauce.
Cut the bun open. Add the coleslaw to one side of the bun and the carrotslaw to the other side. Top with the hot grasshopper meatballs and some chopped spring onion.
