Rose Vermouth Spritz

Equipment

  • Gin & Tonic Glass

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Starlino Rose Vermouth
  • 150 ml Prosecco
  • 30 ml Sparkling water
  • Drop of Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
  • Slice of Blood Orange or Grapefruit

Instructions

  • Fill half of your glass with ice cubes, whereafter you can pour in the rose vermouth, prosecco and sparkling water.
  • Use a spoon to stir the drink until it is ice cold.
  • Top off with more ice cubes, the Peychaud's aromatic bitters and a slice of blood orange.
