Melon, Cherry Tomatoes & Feta Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 250 gram Melon
  • 250 gram Cherry Tomatoes
  • 60 gram Feta Cheese
  • Few Basil Leaves

Instructions

  • Pour the balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a deep plate. Use to fork to slightly mix the two together.
  • Chop the melon in cubes and the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Add the melon & tomatoes to the dressing, add some freshly crushed black pepper and mix quickly.
  • Crumble the feta cheese on top, and add the basil leaves.
