Champagne Cocktail: Elderflower Bubbles

In the Netherlands, we love to combine champagne with a liquor. Limoncello, Creme de Cassis & Jenever are common combination. However, I love the combination of elderflower and sparkling wine. You can use St. Germain, an elderflower liquor, or elderflower syrup!

Turning your New Years Eve into a Dutch theme party? Try these ‘Oliebollen’, a typical Dutch snack during New Years Eve.

Elderflower Champagne

Servings 1 serving
Prep Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 15 ml Elderflower Liquor or Elderflower Syrup
  • Champagne
  • Red Berries

Instructions

  • Pour the liquor, or syrup, in the champagne glass.
  • Top off with champagne and serve with red berries.
