In the Netherlands, we love to combine champagne with a liquor. Limoncello, Creme de Cassis & Jenever are common combination. However, I love the combination of elderflower and sparkling wine. You can use St. Germain, an elderflower liquor, or elderflower syrup!

Ingredients
- 15 ml Elderflower Liquor or Elderflower Syrup
- Champagne
- Red Berries
Instructions
- Pour the liquor, or syrup, in the champagne glass.
- Top off with champagne and serve with red berries.
