Melon, Cherry Tomatoes & Feta Cheese
- 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 250 gram Melon
- 250 gram Cherry Tomatoes
- 60 gram Feta Cheese
- Few Basil Leaves
- Pour the balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a deep plate. Use to fork to slightly mix the two together.
- Chop the melon in cubes and the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Add the melon & tomatoes to the dressing, add some freshly crushed black pepper and mix quickly.
- Crumble the feta cheese on top, and add the basil leaves.
